I have always had a deep passion for the arts, which naturally led me into the beauty industry. I began my career working at prestigious makeup counters such as MAC Cosmetics, Shu Uemura, Bobbi Brown, and Giorgio Armani, where I refined my technical skills and artistic eye.

As my creativity and experience grew, I had the opportunity to work on major campaigns for brands including Marc Anthony, Sky Organics, Renpure, CAKE, and Bluenotes, as well as television productions such as Say Yes to the Dress, Storage Wars, and Four Weddings Canada.

Driven by my love for transformation and storytelling, I expanded into hair artistry, working on various music videos and commercial productions, further strengthening my versatility within the industry.

In 2011, I founded Julia & Julia Bridal, combining both my hair and makeup expertise to bring each bride’s dream vision to life. To this day, weddings remain one of the most fulfilling parts of my career...being trusted to enhance someone’s confidence on such a meaningful day is truly an honor.

Alongside my freelance work, I pursued advanced education in Los Angeles, becoming certified by some of the industry’s top permanent makeup artists, including Daria Chuprys and Teryn Darling. In 2014, I launched my permanent makeup business, Brows by Julia, specializing in natural microblading. I believe eyebrows are the most important feature of the face and should never be taken lightly. Through my work, I’ve helped hundreds of clients feel confident, balanced, and beautifully themselves.

In 2021, I expanded my expertise further by training in lip blushing under the renowned Tess Marti. This quickly became a true passion of mine. Lip blushing enhances lip tone, symmetry, and shape, creating fuller-looking lips without injectables or surgery, while maintaining a soft, natural result.

In addition to my artistry, I am deeply passionate about education and mentorship. I have partnered with industry-leading brands such as MAC Cosmetics and Make Up For Ever, teaching professional masterclasses and sharing advanced techniques with fellow artists. I also host and teach my own masterclasses, empowering the next generation of beauty professionals with the skills, confidence, and knowledge to elevate their craft.

I truly believe I was put on this planet to help people feel beautiful, confident, and empowered. I remain committed to continuously learning, evolving, and expanding my horizons, because beauty is not just about how you look, but how you feel.
